Hi Zakary Kinnaird,

I’m not a big fan of personas but I don’t quite agree that they’re an innovation killer. With personas we map their needs but also the obstacles and problems they face, and what is innovation other than solving people’s problems in a new, creative way? Personas help us frame those problems and, as Paul Wallas mentions, might help uncover scenarios that might be overlooked.
