I feel exactly the same. I can’t tell the number of times a client comes to me saying “I want a seamless UX” and then expects that the website is enough and they continue to do things as they always did.

It’s not also easy to say “Look maybe you will need to change some things in your current processes”. But we have to keep trying and trying until they finally see it :)
